Wild camping generally needs the landowner's permission in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Scotland is the exception (right to roam).

Description
Foel Grach mountain refuge shelter is a great place to shelter from the weather if needed. Apparently put up in the sixties by the local council, it is meant for emergency use
