Allemansrätten (right to roam) generally allows pitching for a night or two on uncultivated land, away from homes and out of sight of dwellings.

According to the Swedish outdoors map (Terrängkartan), there's supposed to be a shelter here but I certainly couldn't find one despite looking around twice. There is however a simple fireplace and plenty of spots for tents.
