Description

The Schleswig-Holstein State Forests offer this trekking place in the forest as part of the “Wild Schleswig-Holstein” project. During the season, a “Dixi Toilet” and a rubbish container are set up at the forest playground. Barbecue is allowed at this trekking site.

Beautiful spot in the forest. Although close to a road, really silent at night. We heard stags bellowing and in the morning red squirrels played in the trees next to our tent. When we camped here, there were no facilities besides a rubbish container. Officially this site is meant for hikers and bikers, however it’s possible to park your car really close by.
