Wild camping here: Generally allowed

Allemansrätten (right to roam) generally allows pitching for a night or two on uncultivated land, away from homes and out of sight of dwellings.

Description

Nice Vindskydd. Beside the gravel road. Parking place available. Excellent view over the lake.
Fireplace and easy to swim in the lake.

Toilett and trash bin at the parking lot.

Difficult to sleep in, large bench is broken and the bottom is very rocky.

12/22: Strange encounter in the evening with two guys + headlamps. Sneaking around the shelter and the lake, drilling holes in the ice. They drove by several times … Maybe illegal fishing or something. Left the shelter afterwards

A major milestone: we've rebuilt Camp Wild from the ground up.

The whole site is now faster, lighter on mobile data, and works smoothly even on a weak signal out in the wild.
- The map loads thousands of spots without slowing down.
- Pages open instantly and use far less data.
- Every spot now has its own link, so sharing a place is easy.

Improvements

- Map markers no longer duplicate or get stuck while panning and zooming.
- Coordinates read from a photo are now accurate, with a clear message when a photo has no location data.
- Sign-in, comments, and reports are more reliable.
