Allemansrätten (right to roam) generally allows pitching for a night or two on uncultivated land, away from homes and out of sight of dwellings.

Description

Two cabins run by the county administration board (Länsstyrelsen). Locked 2021 due to Covid19-restrictions except for a small room for emergency situations!

The bigger cabin is a 12 bed-cabin for overnight stay. Wood heated. Emergency phone. Two dry toilets. Costs 150 SEK/night or 40 SEK/day use per person.
The smaller cabin is a 4 bed-cabin, a wood heater, a gas stove and basic equipment for self-catering. It is locked and has to be booked in advance.

A major milestone: we've rebuilt Camp Wild from the ground up.

The whole site is now faster, lighter on mobile data, and works smoothly even on a weak signal out in the wild.
- The map loads thousands of spots without slowing down.
- Pages open instantly and use far less data.
- Every spot now has its own link, so sharing a place is easy.

Improvements

- Map markers no longer duplicate or get stuck while panning and zooming.
- Coordinates read from a photo are now accurate, with a clear message when a photo has no location data.
- Sign-in, comments, and reports are more reliable.
