Allemansrätten (right to roam) generally allows pitching for a night or two on uncultivated land, away from homes and out of sight of dwellings.
Informational only — always check current local rules and get landowner permission where needed.
Two shelters with room for three people each.
Wood and toilet are 50 meters north of the shelter and the jetty to dock at is 100 meters north. A small hiking trail of just over 3 km also begins there. In the area, it are some sheep and there was a lot of sheep poop around the shelter. Therefore, the two planks are in front of the shelter, so that the sheep do not live and poop there. Close after you! Everything is newly built in 2021.

A major milestone: we've rebuilt Camp Wild from the ground up.
The whole site is now faster, lighter on mobile data, and works smoothly even on a weak signal out in the wild.
- The map loads thousands of spots without slowing down.
- Pages open instantly and use far less data.
- Every spot now has its own link, so sharing a place is easy.
- Map markers no longer duplicate or get stuck while panning and zooming.
- Coordinates read from a photo are now accurate, with a clear message when a photo has no location data.
- Sign-in, comments, and reports are more reliable.
We're continuing to polish the new experience. Spotted something off? Use the Report button on any spot — thank you for helping keep the map accurate.
