Wild camping is generally not permitted; use designated sites. A single-night bivouac may be tolerated in some areas, but rules vary by Land and nature-protection status.
Informational only — always check current local rules and get landowner permission where needed.
This large shelter offers ample space for multiple people, making it suitable for an overnight stay. The shelter is completely open on one side, providing good ventilation, but this also means that it is fully visible from the outside. Caution is advised when using this shelter as it is located very close to residential buildings, offering little privacy.
Advantages: Plenty of space for groups or individuals. Good weather protection due to the covered roof. Easily accessible location.
Disadvantages: Lack of privacy due to the open structure and proximity to residential buildings. Noise should be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing nearby residents.
The shelter is situated in an urban area, making it easily accessible, but this also means that wild camping might not be entirely undisturbed here.
There's a restaurant across the street where you may can charge your power bank or phone or get tap water for a small tip.

- Pages open instantly and use far less data.
- Every spot now has its own link, so sharing a place is easy.
- Map markers no longer duplicate or get stuck while panning and zooming.
- Coordinates read from a photo are now accurate, with a clear message when a photo has no location data.
- Sign-in, comments, and reports are more reliable.
We're continuing to polish the new experience. Spotted something off? Use the Report button on any spot — thank you for helping keep the map accurate.
